I'm Cornelius Heidrich, founder of EvarLink. I bring AI into companies that don't need experiments, they need results. From enterprise data platforms to automation for the German Mittelstand.

My thesis, drawn from real projects: the real leverage is rarely the technology itself. Almost always the processes beneath it. So I build the foundation first, the one that has to carry it.

Before a single line of code gets written, I make processes explicit. Who decides what, where does data get stuck, what actually happens today when a customer calls. Only then comes architecture, then automation, then AI. In that order, never reversed.

I've built numerous AI and data systems, for large corporates and owner-led Mittelstand companies alike. The clients differ; the pattern never does. The difference is never the technology. It's that someone builds the foundation first.
